Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Short version: Zero Tilt is a tool, not a promise. You make your own trading decisions and carry the full risk. There is no guarantee of profit.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases of Zero Tilt products and services from the operator named in our Legal notice ("Zero Tilt", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using Zero Tilt you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. What you get

Zero Tilt provides access to an invite-only indicator on TradingView, a written setup guide and related updates. The indicator shows rule-based trade setups and can trigger alerts through TradingView. Zero Tilt does not execute trades, does not manage money and has no access to your exchange or broker account.

3. No investment advice, no guarantee

Everything we provide is general information and an analysis tool for educational purposes. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell and not tailored to your personal situation. We give no guarantee of any kind regarding profits, performance, win rate or results. Backtests and simulations shown on our website or social media are hypothetical, have limitations and do not guarantee future results. Live results may differ substantially and may be negative.

You alone decide whether, when and how to trade, and you alone carry the full risk, including the risk of total loss. Only trade money you can afford to lose.

4. Technical availability

Zero Tilt depends on third-party services, in particular TradingView, Whop, exchanges and your own devices and internet connection. We do not guarantee that the indicator, alerts or notifications work at all times, without delay or without errors. Alerts may be delayed, missing or incorrect. Prices at your exchange may differ from those shown on TradingView.

5. Licence and fair use

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Zero Tilt for your own trading. You may not share your access, resell, copy, publish, record or reverse-engineer the indicator or the guide. If you breach this, we may end your access immediately without refund.

6. Prices, payment and subscriptions

Prices are shown on our website and at checkout. Payment is processed by Whop. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account; access continues until the end of the paid period. A lifetime licence gives access for as long as Zero Tilt offers the indicator, including updates, and does not include future separate products. Founding beta prices remain valid as long as your subscription runs without interruption.

7. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Zero Tilt is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. Once access has been granted, payments are not refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EU, you agree at checkout that we start delivering immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

8. Prop firms, exchanges and third-party rules

You are responsible for complying with the rules of your exchange, broker or prop firm. Many prop firms restrict the use of third-party tools or signals. We accept no responsibility if your account is restricted, closed or not paid out.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for losses, lost profits, trading losses, missed trades, consequential damages and damages caused by third-party services, technical errors or delayed or missing alerts. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains as required by mandatory Swiss law (Art. 100 Swiss Code of Obligations). In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

10. Changes to the product and these terms

We may further develop, change or discontinue features of the indicator. We may change these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase or renewal applies.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered location in Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
